Alycia Burton is seeking 3 reliable staff to join her on her USA tour.
These are all full time live in positions. You must be a conflict free easy going person who is ok with living on the road full time.
Head of Sales & General Help - PAID FULL TIME
You will be responsible for setting up trade-stalls with merchandise & selling to customers at events, running general errands, helping with youth retreats, helping with horses, driving to our next destinations and other groom work. You will be responsible for organizing & directing other workers when necessary.
Requirements
You will have excellent sales & leadership skills with references to match
Media & Marketing + Sales - PAID FULL TIME
You will be responsible for placing advertising, contacting radio stations, newspapers, local clubs & schools and more. You will be taking photographs & video footage of events, training sessions & Youth Retreats. You will also be responsible for helping at Youth Retreats, shows and must be able to do general groom duties when necessary.

You will be responsible for helping out with every aspect On Tour and will learn a wide range of skills from horse training to sales to management.
